About 31 minutes in, Rose broke a glass as her alarm went off
Story
After witnessing a strange, traumatic incident with a patient, a psychiatrist becomes increasingly convinced that she is being threatened by a strange entity.. A few days before the premiere on September 30, 2022, the cast of the film appeared at various baseball games, sitting behind home plate still and smiling as he stared into the camera, unmoving, though fans in the audience were understandably concerned as he wore Smile T-shirts. Another soon appeared in the background with the crowd during the Today show.. When the cup is shown at her feet, she is wearing stockings.
You’re not real!
A few seconds later, as she checks the door, she’s wearing lace-up shoes. Based on what happens later at the later party, there are a few continuity issues that may not be "bugs" but it may actually be intentional to show "interruptions" in Rose’s mind/sanity. Rose Cotter: That’s not real! Paramount’s opening and closing logos have a curved line in the shape of a smile at the base of a mountain.

Lollipop Written by Beverley Ross & Julius Dixon Performed by The Chordettes. The plot was actually a mix of Lights Out and It Follows, two fantasy horrors. So.. the actual plot of this movie owes a lot to the tropes within the genre
It shouldn’t work, there isn’t much detailed development behind the "why" of the monster, so this movie spends some time figuring out "how" It was a little annoying to find out what was going on in terms of the curse, the way it jumped from person to person.
They are efficient and unpredictable
The typical "protagonist is not trusted because she is a hysterical woman" plot device. I mean, it’s been going on since Rosemary’s Baby, but that plot was much more developed and had a great performance from Saucy Bacon behind it. You really root for her character. But the fiance is a cliché, you wonder why they are even together, what makes this movie is the jump scares.
You will be scared
The cinematography is also very moody and atmospheric. Nice effort and I look forward to more from the writer/director.
